1️⃣ Objectives & Goals 🎯

2️⃣ My Role & Responsibilities 👨‍💼

Project Management: Led stakeholder coordination, primarily with business leaders and the HR community, while managing a network of 30+ certified internal facilitators. Oversaw project timelines, internal and external communications, and key processes such as participant enrollment—from introduction calls to session completion and graduation. Managed program metrics, financial operations, contracts, and internal cost allocation to business units.

Program Design & Development: Collaborated with external provider DDI to design program content, including participant manager guides to support learning journeys, FAQs for learners, and translated materials. Organized sessions with external facilitators when local language support was unavailable.

Facilitation & Delivery: Initially launched as a fully virtual program on Microsoft Teams, later evolving into a hybrid model with both online and in-person sessions. Personally facilitated 18 sessions per year in both French and English, across virtual and face-to-face formats. Each module lasts between 4 and 6 hours.

Technology & Innovation: Developed a structured Learning Management System (LMS) experience for seamless participant enrollment and facilitator management. Integrated e-learning components, designed satisfaction surveys and impact assessments, and upskilled facilitators on virtual classroom technology. Implemented automation reporting, including a Python program to generate weekly enrollment reports for facilitators and HR.

3️⃣ Key Achievements & Impact 📈

Initially launched in 2021 by a colleague, the program was originally designed for in-person delivery but required a transition to an online format due to Covid. When I took over in 2022, my primary objective was to enhance inclusivity by expanding language accessibility and ensuring leaders in shops and plants—who lacked access to Teams—could also participate. I’m proud to say this goal was successfully achieved.
